The audience follows Broadway superfans Jeff and Judy as they eagerly await their idol, actress Idina Menzel, after one of her performances in the play If/Then at back the stage door every night. Enter a sexy stranger – whose presence challenges their connection and upends their decades-long friendship. Soon, the musical theater aficionados have to go off book to rewrite their own finale – just as we must do in our own lives.
A mixture of many drama and comedy, Which Way to the Stage makes it DC premiere bursting with acceptance, connection and both classic and modern culture. It was one of most hilarious productions of the the year! We highly recommend!
